How To Use

This pigment can be dipped in gently with your finger or flat brush, to be swiped on.

Use dry for ultra sparkles or wet for intense pigment. Please be aware if using wet, some of the blue base will intensify and may temporarily stain the eyelids.

This pigment can also be added to your lips, cheeks as highlight, and used with nail polish.

Please be careful when opening the seal to not spill the delicate, light pigment.
Keep the seal on for protection.
