If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a description of the product fault, and a photo. We will determine from here the best course of action for a refund depending on the fault.
Allergy Return
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately and contact us for a refund. Ensure you read our ingredients list prior to buying.
Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please let us know and we'll happily send you the item again free of charge or issue a refund. If it has been longer than 20 days since purchase, we are not liable for any damages caused to the exterior of the packaging and in this circumstance we will not be issuing refunds.
Change of mind
We are unfortunately not issuing refunds for change of minds, wrong address etc. We reserve the right to not refund you if we suspect you are abusing our policy.
I don't like what I bought
That's valid! If you would let us know exactly what isn't working for you, we will work on getting it resolved. In this instance we may offer you store credit or a refund depending on the circumstance.
