Step 1: Prep Your Eyelids
Start by prepping your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer. This will help the eyeshadow adhere better and last longer. This is optional however as for the lazy makeup days, you can totally swipe it on by itself.
Step 2: Apply the Base Shade
Apply it all over the lid with your finger, lightly dipped into the product or swiped on with a dense brush. We don't recommend a fluffy brush as it's a loose pigment and it might get everywhere! Just pick any tone, and put it all over your eye.
Step 3: Add Dimension
Pick a more sparkly shade if you have one to put it in your inner corner, or use it underneath your bottom lash line to define the bottom of your eye with sparkle too!
Step 4: Add an incredible eyeliner
If you put a mixing medium such as Duraline or even some water with your product (mix it in the lid of your glitter or use a separate tool like a cup), then you can transform the colour into an eyeliner. Works best with colours such as Jasper which are deeper. Use a thin eyeliner brush to apply a small wing, so pretty!
Step 5: Blend and Define - optional
If you want, you can add some matte eyeshadows around the eye to blend your pigments towards or you could have done a matte base as well before you began. Totally optional.
Step 6: Finish with Mascara
Complete your Douyin makeup style look with mascara to enhance your eye makeup and make your eyes pop. Give your lashes a good curl before you do!
