Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and clear photos of the product. We will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Allergic Reactions

While allergic reactions are rare, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing. If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us with details of the reaction. We may request photos or further information to assess your claim.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order. We will happily send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund where appropriate.

Accidental Duplicate Orders

Changed your mind or accidentally ordered too many? Unopened items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect address details entered at checkout, or if you decide you no longer want the item after it has been delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast dispatch times, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has been placed.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
