How do you ship orders out?
We ship out as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days barring any special circumstances we will let you know via e-mail if there is a delay. We use Australia post and Sendle, and ship internationally and domestically.
Within Australia, orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you want to change your address, reach out as soon as you noticed via Instagram DM or email (email@example.com), and we will try and change the address for you. If it has already been posted out, unfortunately there is nothing we can do at that point so please triple check your address before finalising your order.
I selected local pickup, how do I do that?
Picking up from our location in Mascot? Simply let Amy know ahead of time and agree on a time and day via email or DM on Instagram. Then when you arrive, ring the unit number on the doorpad and she will come down and deliver your goodies, or your package will be left safely inside for you to grab.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please do so before the product is shipped out, ideally within 12hours.
Can I change the item in my order?
Please DM us on Instagram for quickest customer service, and we will try and change your order accordingly asap. Always here to help. Unfortunately if your order has already been carried out by our posties, sorry there isn't anything we can do at that point.
I'm not happy with my order.
For whatever reason you're not 100% loving your order from us, please send us an email and let us know and we will try and resolve your issue for you the best we can.
Can I return something that didn't work for me?
At the moment we are not accepting returns or exchanges due to Covid protocols but we are happy to issue a hassle-free refund if you are having issues with your product for any reason.

Where are your products made?
All products are designed here in Australia. Some of our products are also manufactured here, and we also work with manufacturers from China. We ensure all our factories are of high standard in product quality and certified of a high level depending on the product specialty. If you have any specific questions please reach out so we can answer your queries.
Can I ask for a recommendation?
Sure! We respond quickly through Instagram DM's, please feel free to message us and we are happy to assist you through our product cataloge.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Of course, we are proudly using only all vegan ingredients and ensure all products are cruelty free. No animal testing ever and ensuring our suppliers are paying workers a fair wage.

Amy is the proud founder of Cloudicos, a beauty enthusiast from Sydney with a background in makeup artistry. In her spare time she's a lover of reading, cooking, cats, self care and working out.
