• You agree to create and post content featuring our products within two weeks of receiving them.

Content Specifications:

• Minimum Requirements: You must create a minimum of 1 Instagram post + 2 stories or 1 Tiktok Video in exchange for the gifted products
• Tagging and Hashtags: You must tag our official account and use the following hashtags: @cloudicos #cloudicos 
• Product Highlight: The product should be clearly featured and properly presented in your content.

Content Usage:
You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and repurpose the content you create for any purposes, including but not limited to advertising, our website, and social media platforms.

Content Review:

• Approval: We reserve the right to review and approve content before it is posted.
• Edits: You agree to make reasonable edits if requested to align with our brand guidelines.

Content Authenticity:
You are encouraged to provide an honest review, ensuring you genuinely use the product before posting. If you do not like our products, please inform us and we will terminate further collaboration and we will arrange our products to be sent back to us.

Exclusivity and Confidentiality:
If applicable, you agree to keep certain information confidential until the public release, as specified in any provided NDA.

Termination and Breach:

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with these terms.
• Consequences of Breach: In the event of a breach, you may be required to return the gifted product or provide compensation.

Payment and Compensation:

• No Monetary Compensation: This campaign is on a gifted basis without monetary compensation.
• Future Collaboration: By participating in this gifted campaign and demonstrating outstanding performance, you may be considered for future paid collaborations with our brand.
• You are not eligible for self commissioned referrals. You may use your own discount code however cannot earn commission on your own code.

Legal and Liability:

• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any negative reactions to the product.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold our brand harmless against any claims arising from your content.
